Marian school celebration (2015)
Many faces from both past and present gathered to say goodbye to Marian School. Fr. Stephen Monaghan said mass and there was a lovely performance from the pupils and a look back at photos of the 28 years of the school.

Visit to the RDS Toy Show (2014)
We went to the RDS Toy Show. We saw a signing Santa and got fantastic presents.


Marian & St. Joseph's pupils visit to the Botanic Gardens (2014)
The girls and boys from St. Joseph's and St.Mary's had a lovely day out at the Botanic gardens last week.

Marian Easter Bonnets (2014)
We made some bonnets (hats) for Easter! We got our inspiration from the bright flowers of Spring.

Do you like them? Are we good models?

Spring in Marian School (2014)
We are really enjoying Spring, and here are some photos to prove it!

We baked biscuits for Mother's Day, we took some pictures outside in the sun, we are planting vegetables (but first we had to get the ground ready!) and we had a lot of fun on April Fools' Day (thank you Mary, for all the tricks, we fell for each and every one of them!, even the one about the army coming to teach us exercises!) .

Spring term has been very busy here, and we are delighted to relax now and enjoy our Easter holidays!


Marian Confirmation (2014)
Some girls from Marian School, along with some boys from St. Joseph's, made their Confirmation in Deaf Village Ireland last week.

His Excellency The Most Rev Charles John Brown, Papal Nuncio, officiated at the Confirmation Ceremony.

Thanks to their parents for attending and to their teachers and assistants on the excellent preparation work done with the girls.

It was a great day for everyone!


Marian Art and Variety Club Visit  (2013)
Here are some examples of our Art and Work. We always have our work displayed around the school, including current news.

This month, we had some visitors from the Variety Club, who sponsor our Art Competition.

We enjoyed showing them the inspiration for our work.

Marian Goodbye Ash Tree (2013)
At the end of September, we had to say goodbye to a favourite old tree in our school grounds.

On the Friday morning before it was cut down, we went down to Rosary school to climb it for the last time, and take lots of photos.


Marian Hallowe'en (2013)
We've been having lots of fun this Hallowe'en!

We carved pumpkins, dressed up, and we made a movie.

We also learned about fireworks, crackers and how to stay safe at Hallowe'en.

Marian Lunch Times (2013)
We have a lovely lunch room, and we always help to wash up and clear up when we've finished eating.

Then we go to play in our playground.

We got some new painting on our playground, and we enjoy it very much! Thanks to Niall, Robert and Andrew for this lovely gift!
